"BANQUET ROOM"

RENTALS

We have several beautiful banquet rooms for rent!  Available to the members, families & businesses for parties, weddings, catered affairs or any occasion at all!

(All members receive a 10% discount on room rentals.)

 

Information &  Fees Schedule

   Room Capacities:

• Orchid Room - 250 people

• Gardenia & Jasmine Rooms -125 people (each room)

• Palm - 40 people  (located upstairs)

   Available Times:

• Half Day: 8:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. or 6:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. (5 1/2 hours)

• Full Day: 8:00 a.m. to 11:30 p.m.

• Other:      (Special times can be arranged)

   Room Rental fees:
         (Monday through Thursday)

   Prices range from $255.00 and up  (Based on the amount of hours required.)

• Includes setup and clean up

   Room Rental Fees - Weekends:
         (Friday, Saturday and Sunday)

• Up to 100 Guests         $  995.00

• 100-200 Guests          $1,595.00

• 250 Guests (max.)       $1,820.00

• Quincenaras                $1,975.00 (with a deposit of $1,000.00)

   Includes:    (table cloths, etc. are not provided)

    tables/chairs, 5 1/2 hrs party time, dance floor, kitchen, stage, 2 hrs prior cater                      deliveries/decorating.

   **Deposit is required to hold any date on calendar.  Ask for discount at booking.

   Deposits & additional services:

• Quincenaras - $1,000.00

• Parties containing alcohol/minors - $500.00

• Piano Rental - $50.00

• Decorating -  $45.00 an hour for additional time needed.

• Guards - $175.00 per hr, overtime payable at $25.50/hr.(per guard)

  • One guard is required per one hundred guests and additional guards are required when alcoholic beverages are served and/or when minors are present.    

   

• We provide a microphone and podium at no additional fee.   For more complex equipment needs, contact the Banquet Coordinator.

• Dance Floor Size   19 x 20

• Stage and Kitchen      Provided at no additional fee.

             Deposits become non-refundable 60 days prior to the events.
